To ensure proper adhesion, we must grind the surface. This process opens the substrate’s pores, allowing the coating to create a strong chemical bond. This ensures long-lasting durability, performance, and resistance to wear, enhancing the surface’s overall strength and longevity.
Step Two
We carefully “V” cut and clean out any cracks using a blade to prepare the surface. Our high-quality mender then fills the cracks and any surface pitting. Once fully cured, we grind it smooth, ensuring a seamless, even finish for optimal durability and adhesion.
Step Three
Our 100% solids Polyurea base coat will be applied to the surface. This specialized coating seeks out moisture in the concrete, forming a strong chemical bond. This ensures superior adhesion, durability, and long-lasting protection against wear, damage, and environmental factors.
Step Four
To ensure uniform coverage, we generously broadcast the chip color of your choice. The chips create texture within the coating, enhancing slip resistance while maintaining a surface that is both safe and easy to clean, offering durability and aesthetic appeal.
