1. Scope of Work.
Quantum Concrete Coatings (“Company”) agrees to provide professional concrete coating services as described in the approved estimate. Services typically include
- Grinding concrete to enable adhesion
- Prepping any cracks and/or pitting for fill material
- Applying fill to cracks and/or pitting then grind
- Applying Polyurea Basecoat
- Applying flake in the color the client has chosen
- Scraping excess flake
- Applying Polyaspartic top coat
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The final price may be adjusted in the event of changes to the scope of work.
3. Payment Terms
A [50%] deposit is required at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Accepted payment methods include [credit card, check, cash, etc.].
4. Scheduling & Site Access
Client agrees to ensure the job site is ready and accessible at the scheduled time. Delays due to lack of access or unprepared surfaces may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
5. Surface Preparation Disclaimer
While we take all necessary steps to properly prepare the concrete surface, we are not responsible for failures caused by excessive moisture, structural issues, hydrostatic pressure, previously applied coatings, or improper original concrete curing. Concrete moisture must be below 6% in order for our coating to be applied. If moisture exceeds 6%, the project will have to be rescheduled.
6. Weather Delays
Outdoor projects may be rescheduled due to unfavorable weather. Quantum Concrete Coatings is not responsible for project delays due to weather conditions beyond our control.
7. Warranty • Materials:
We provide a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty on all coating materials used. • Labor: We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship.Warranties are valid for the original property owner and cover peeling, delamination, and other installation-related defects. They do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, mechanical impact, substrate movement, or natural disasters.
8. Liability
Quantum Concrete Coatings is fully insured. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for removing or protecting personal property near the work area.
9. Change Orders
Any modifications to the original scope of work must be documented and approved by both parties in writing. Additional work may incur additional charges.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing 14 business days before the scheduled service date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled start.
11. Entire Agreement
This document, along with the associated proposal or estimate, represents the complete agreement between Quantum Concrete Coatings and the Client. No other verbal or written agreements shall apply unless signed by both parties.
